Giant’s Deep is done!
We are all very excited to have finished all the design, art and tech for the biggest planet in the solar system. It comprised some of the hardest visual effect challenges with its stormy ocean.
And lots of islands.
The level of quality we achieved for Giant’s Deep is a lot higher than our wildest dreams when we started on this project. The visual quality, the precision of the design, and the amount of written and interactive narrative make the planet a completely new experience from the original alpha.
As we get deeper into production, we are building a bigger art team to finish all the other planets as fast as possible. Here are some more bios for our new three artists:
