MEET THE MOBIUS TEAM
Masi Oka, Founder
Emmy and Golden Globe nominated actor Masi Oka has starred in worldwide television and feature film hits such as "Heroes", "Hawaii 5-0" and "The Meg". After graduating from Brown University with degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science and a Theatre Arts minor, Oka's first job out of school was job at George Lucas' Oscar-winning special effects house Industrial Light & Magic (ILM) providing technology for groundbreaking effects for more than 30 films. Oka was born in Tokyo, Japan, and moved to Los Angeles at age six, where he currently resides.

Alex Beachum, Creative LeadAlex Beachum is the Co-Creative Lead at Mobius Games and Creative Director of Outer Wilds, which began as his graduate thesis at USC’s Interactive Media MFA program.
He is gifted with the Sight, cannot be killed with conventional weapons, and should not be allowed to write short bios about himself. Wesley Martin, Art DirectorClassically trained, Wesley loves the texture of fresh paint strokes, the weight of wet clay, and the energy of impressionistic color. Past projects include EverQuest, iOS game Shove Pro, and the Microsoft HoloLens. Wesley recently shipped another time-looping
mystery game: Elsinore. Jackie Kreitzberg, ProducerJackie joined Mobius Digital in January 2022. Professional scheduler, budgeter, and spreadsheet wrangler, she’s professionally fulfilled when the conditional formatting rules are working correctly and everyone clocks out for the weekend. When she’s not working, she’s baking and decorating cakes or playing with her corgi.
Lara Colson, Lead ArtistLara makes a bunch of the rocks and the dirts and other miscellaneous arts. When she is not digitally sculpting or watching modeling software crash, she is busy setting up ~mischief shenanigans~ in the office.
Her favorite emoji is Google's old ghost emoji. Her second favorite emoji is Samsung's old cookie emoji, which was a saltine cracker. Ian Jacobson, Concept ArtistA small town boy living in the big city.
Chasing medium sized dreams, on a tiny amount of sleep. Jon Oppenheimer, 3D ArtistJon is a 3D Environment and VFX Artist at Mobius Digital. He graduated from Laguna College of Art and Design, and is currently sitting in front of his computer.

Loan Verneau, Creative LeadBorn in a land far far away, Loan is proud to be officially coined an alien. At 13, he decided he wanted to make games his career. After a Bachelor in Software Engineering at EPFL in Switzerland, he completed his Master in Interactive Media at USC in 2013, right before becoming the first crew member of
the Mobius Digital adventure. Zach R. D., Technical DirectorA former Outer Wilds playtester, Zach joined Mobius as Tech Director to help build Mobius's next game. His likes include computers, the AHA principle, and video games, and his dislikes include social media, copy-pasta code, and wasps.
Zach operates at peak efficiency in temperatures between 293°K and 296°K, and should be stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Jeffrey Yu, EngineerJeffrey currently works on the game systems and the user interface. Prior to joining Mobius, Jeff worked in software development for public utilities, and got a degree in aerospace engineering from USC.
An avid anime fan, his desk sports a collection of anime figures, and he often cosplays a time traveling, self-proclaimed mad scientist. Logan Ver Hoef, Tech ArtistLogan Ver Hoef was born and raised in California, and growing up spent many weekends tearing through the wilderness at a cabin in the Sierra Nevadas. Logan is a graduate of U.C. Santa Cruz's Computer Game Design program, and has a M.F.A. from the University of Southern California's Interactive Media Division. Over the past few years, Logan has become increasingly obsessed with landscapes in video games.
Lately, Logan has been reading the Southern Reach Trilogy, various books on architecture, and lots of Neil Gaiman. Nat Colburn, Associate ProducerNat joined Mobius in October 2021. A native of Southern California, he is a writer and creative passionate about culture and collaboration. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, surfing, and sci-fi/fantasy novels.
